Terms of service

By purchasing the monthly membership service, you financially commit to 6 months of service at the address entered during the checkout process.  Your card is charged automatically each month on the day of month the subscription was started.  

Your subscription DOES NOT cancel automatically after 6 months.  If you wish to discontinue service, you must do so through the customer portal or email a request to nwilson@pmsprofessionals.com  - Cancelling before 6 months will result in an invoice emailed for the remaining balance of the term and due immediately.   You may redeem the remaining services of the 6 month term all at once.  A worry free cancellation is available in the event you have terminated residence at the sign up address.  The remaining number of monthly services may be redeemed for one visit if desired. 

You understand that this service is only available to homes in Washington, Clackamas and Multnomah Counties in Oregon.   If you sign up outside of these areas, we will contact you to confirm that this was a mistake, cancel, and refund your payment.
